-----The driver of an ice cream truck is found shot dead in his truck in Lake Park.
It was found near U-S One and Northlake Boulevard.
Police are still investigating and we'll have updates on CBS12.com.
-----At least one, maybe two, more suspects are still out there.
But police say at least some of the men responsible for the violent robbery of the Dunkin' Donuts in Delray Beach are under arrest.
Jonathan Jackson, Calvin Weatherspoon, and James Herard were arrested in Lauderhill for attacking a man and stealing his pit bull.
Their car is similar to one seen in robbery surveillance.
Police say they confessed to involvement or connection to three Dunkin' Donut robberies in South Florida and a convenience store robbery too.
The three claim to be gang members.
------25-year-old Clarence Johnson is on crutches but fortunate to be alive.
The West Palm Beach Utilities worker was working in a trench on South Palm Beach when the trench collapsed.
Firefighters worked for three hours to get johnson out.
He may be back at work next week.
----- At first, West Palm Beach Police told us little three year old Jamaine Williams shot himself after he found that loaded handgun in his aunt's bedroom.
Now almost a month later it's his uncle who is behind bars.
Police booked 47 year old Anthony Troy Jackson into the palm beach county jail, charged with culpable negligence---that means "recklessly acting without reasonable caution and putting another person at risk of injury or death".
The death is still called 'accidental.'
-----And, sadly, Vandals strike at a local church and it's not the first time.
The pastor of Trinity Church of God in Boca Raton says on Monday someone vandalized the lower roof of the sanctuary.
This isn't the first time vandals have hit this church.
The pastor says for years people have been spray painting graffiti on the building.
She says it's probably neighborhood kids without surpervision, too much time in their hands and evil in their hearts.
